The code I received does not work


If you have received a code that does not work on an external site the most common issue is that some or all of the terms for the offer have not been met, you can find the terms by clicking on the offer in the Stepler application, and scrolling down to the “Details” section.

If you have validated all of the terms and the code still does not work, we would appreciate you sending us an email via our primary support channel at: - we would also recommend that you contact the company directly for which your voucher is for in case you have specific questions regarding shipping or the order process.
