Issues with the bonus videos can occur with a bad network connection, as a first remedy please check if connecting to a stable WiFi-network solves your issue. In some cases you may be required to complete a full re-installation of the application.
We also want to remind you that Stepler does not work in conjunction with active VPN and / or ad-block programs in your mobile phone or internet network.
